Check-in & Check-out

Your apartment is available for check-in from 15:00 PM. On the day of your arrival, you will receive your personal access code for the De Eindhovenaar building, giving you easy and secure entry to Wal 3, 5, or 11. This allows you to arrive at your own pace and settle in comfortably, without waiting at a reception.

On your departure day, we kindly ask you to leave the key in the key box downstairs at De Eindhovenaar before 11:00 AM, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free check-out.

Parking & transport

Parking: You can park your car 24/7 at Parking TD‑Gebouw (Frederik van Eedenplein), within walking distance of the city centre. Rates are flexible, starting from approximately €1.50 per hour, with a daily rate of around €7–€12.50 if you reserve in advance. There are also several other parking garages near the centre where you can often park at a good rate. Booking ahead ensures a guaranteed spot.

Taxis: For quick and comfortable transportation around the city, you can book an Uber or other taxi service.

Public Transport: Eindhoven has an excellent public transport network; buses and trains can take you quickly throughout the city and surrounding region.

 

Good to know

For a worry-free stay, towels and bed linen are, of course, provided, so you can relax the moment you arrive. You’ll also find luxurious shower gel and shampoo for a refreshing start to your day. Begin your morning perfectly with a cup of coffee from the Nespresso machine, complete with provided pods.

All apartments come with free Wi-Fi, so you can stay connected throughout your stay. Please note that pets are not allowed. Everything is provided to make your stay comfortable, relaxing, and thoroughly enjoyable.
